The risks identified and control measures in place are there for the safety of everyone and should be adhered to at all times. On arrival at the venue it is the Managers/Coaches responsibility to check the area and identify any additional risks and act accordingly to ensure the safety of players and spectators.

Hazard – Travel & Parking
Control Measures –
All participants must follow the Governments guidance on safer travel. Please park in either car park at the top of the school
drive. Please ensure there is a safe distance between you and the car parked at the side to allow for social distancing if needed. To access the senior pitch walk from here in front of the pavilion and up the access at the side of the Tarmacadam. To access the junior pitch walk directly down from the car park to the field area above the park. One parent or guardian per child is permitted.

Additional Info- Do not group with others from outside of your household on your walk down to the junior pitch. Adhere to social distancing

Hazard -Football Pitch (Senior and Junior)
Control Measures -Pitches are to be checked prior to use and any hazards removed. (hazards could be junior pitch dog faeces/sticks/rubbish – Senior pitch glass/rubbish/sticks.) All hazards should be removed prior to any match or training session

Control Measures -A match/training session can only take place if the weather allows. The relevance of this for consideration is if the ground is frozen, or saturated

Control Measures -Players should have their own hand sanitiser which is used prior to and after matches/training. All players to bring their own drinks to every session.

Control Measures -All players should self screen prior to match/training session. If any player displays symptons they must not attend. If a player has been requested by track and trace or by their school to self isolate they are prohibited to play or train during this period

Control Measures – We are now required to register to the NHS track and trace. All visitors should register with the track and trace app on arrival if they do not wish to use the app please sign in the book. Only 1 person from each household required to register, All Coaches/Managers must record players attending all sessions this includes training

Control Measures -Spectators should not mix with other families as such. Social distancing should be adhered too
